Terms and conditions for sales and delivery

In the following you will find useful information for the use of online booking. You can read about how we handle the information you enter, how you receive a receipt for a purchase and much more. In the following, where it is written Hedensted Put & Take this is used as a synonym for Hedensted Put & Take.

Payment

Prices of the stays are exclusive final cleaning and consumption. Final cleaning and consumption appears as solid acquisitions when the booking is made.

All prices given in the Hedensted Put & Take online booking system are, as elsewhere on the website, given in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and made clear in that situation.

Payment is made by use of one of the accepted debit/credit cards for online booking, including:

When you pay there will be a transaction fee:

  • Dankort and Visa/Dankort will be charged a fee of
    - 0,70 DKK when the transaction amount is 0,00 - 50,00 DKK.
    - 1,10 DKK when the transaction amount is 50,01 - 100,00 DKK.
    - 1,39 DKK when the transaction amount is 100,01 - 500,00 DKK. 
    - 1,29 DKK + 0,00% of the amount - when the transaction amount is over 500,00 DKK. 
     
  • A Danish issued credit card (Visa or MasterCard) will be charged a fee of 1,50% of the transaction amount. 
     
  • A credit card issued outside Denmark (MasterCard or Visa/Electron) will be charged a fee of 2,95% of the transaction amount - min. 1,95 DKK per. transaction. 

Information on shopping on the Internet

You can safely shop online through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically ensured in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no risk of misuse of your credit card via the Internet. You can read more about how as a consumer you should deal with payments on the internet at the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.

Change of booking

To change a booking you must contact us.

Delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin or an apartment you will be presented with a booking confirmation/contract from Hedensted Put & Take, which will include a statement for your purchase. The contract can be printed out from the website after completing the booking, and is also sent via email immediately after the purchase if the correct e-mail address is given by the purchaser.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Hedensted Put & Take on the day of arrival (and ends on the day of departure). Both of these dates are given in the above contract. The ordered product cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Right of cancellation and refunds

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

By cancellation within 4 weeks before, 50% of the price is paid back. 
By cancellation less than 4 weeks before, the price will not be paid back.

Recording of information

Hedensted Put & Take records your name, your address, your e-mail address and other information submitted in connection with the acquisition in its customer list. This information is not given to others, but Hedensted Put & Take retains the information for 5 years.

Hedensted Put & Take uses server side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the page.

Payment by credit card takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Hedensted Put & Take is not responsible for price errors in online booking, as it is always the prices stated on the website that are valid.

Handling of complaints

If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, then you can write to the following address or telephone number.

Complaints about the booking procedure, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the mistake or should have discovered the mistake by looking through your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the item (the stay), the right to claim under the Sale of Goods Act §83, par. 1 is terminated, unless otherwise agreed.

When Hedensted Put & Take receives a complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as quickly as possible. Hedensted Put & Take will decide whether the goods received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a reduction in price should be given.

Booking conditions for housing

Number of participants

Cottage can only be occupied by as many persons listed in the agreement.

Rental Period

The property is available from 14.00 on day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. By variations please contact the Hedensted Put & Take at Tel. 75890000 or by mail info@huntinglife.net.

Furnitures and equipments

All the apartments and cabins is equipped with kitchen gear, quilts and pillows. All homes can be heated.

In the rental period the tenant is responsible for furniture and equipment. In case of any damage contact Hedensted Put & Take. There will follow a payment to recovery of the damages.

Linen and towels 

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and dish cloths must be brought or can be rented against a payment. 

Cleaning

Before travel all plates, cups and more have to been cleaned and placed in the cupboards, the fridge and the freezer must be emptied, quilts and pillows should be in place on the beds and alle bins have to be emptied.

There are mandatory final cleaning for all stays.

Pets and smoking

It is only allowed to have pets in Cabin 6. 

Smoking is prohibited in all homes! if this is nit followed, there will follow a payment for recovery.
